MOKI Jewels ships by tracked and insured courier. Shipments generally take between 24 / 72H. Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are excluded.

Once the order is over € 70, shipping is FREE.

Deliveries may take longer to Sicily, Sardinia and smaller islands.
To track your order you will receive an e-mail with the tracking number and the courier portal to which the delivery was entrusted .

DELIVERIES BY HAND
MOKI Jewels can hand deliver customer orders.
The calculation of the area is performed starting from the point of our laboratory for a maximum radius of 15km.
The cost of the service is €3.00.

PICK UP YOUR ORDER AT MOKI LAB
It is possible to pick up your orders in person at our laboratory located in
Corso Italia 247, 80010 Villaricca (NA).

The laboratory is available for pick ups on days
MON-FRI from 10:00/13:00 and 15:00/18:00
SAT (morning only subject to availability check)

It is possible to choose to collect in person in the laboratory at 0 cost during the purchase phase, and therefore during checkout.
