Creating your own personalized hat is a very special moment: a hat created by and for YOU.
At MOKI, you are a fundamental part of the creative process of creating your hat.
We will decide together the peculiarity of your hat and we will check with you all the phases of this process during production to obtain a one-of-a-kind piece.

HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

Tell us the idea for your custom.

You will have contact with Jay, the designer, so you can get to know each other and discuss creative ideas. You will be able to use a reference of some personalized hats already made by us.

We will define the shape, color, design and accessories of your hat together.
Our goal is to make sure your hat is exactly how you imagined it!

An advance deposit on the creation will be defined together with the designer.

We will create the hat and every single step of the process will be discussed and validated by you.

Payment of the remaining amount will be made.

The processing and delivery times of the hat vary from case to case: if the felt is already available from us, the processing times will range from 3 to 5 working days. If the necessary felt is missing, the hat will be delivered to you in approximately 20 working days, during which we will wait for the felt (pure Australian felt) to arrive and then process it immediately.
