HOW DOES THIS PROCESS WORK?

Tell us the idea for your custom.

You will have contact with Jay, the designer, so you can get to know each other and discuss creative ideas. You can use a reference of a MOKI jewel or tell us your creative and original idea starting from scratch.

We will define the design, material and characterization of your jewel together.
Our goal is to ensure that your jewel is exactly how you imagined it!

An advance deposit on the creation will be defined together with the designer.

We will create the jewel and every single step of the process will be discussed and validated by you.

Payment of the remaining amount will be made.

The processing and delivery times of the jewel vary from case to case. Generally, we are able to create and ship/deliver the item in 3-5 days, but we will evaluate the actual timing together with you based on the jewel to be created.
